Cross-Promotion Requests
The GLBT Historical Society partners on a variety of projects with related cultural organizations, and often helps to promote events and programs related to LGBTQ history that are produced by other groups. The society considers cross-promotional requests as its time and resources allow. We prioritize cross-promotion of programs that highlight the diversity and intersectionality of LGBTQ communities.
All cross-promotion requests must be submitted through the application form. Please fill out the application form a minimum of eight (8) weeks before the date of your event. We aim to reply to all requests within five (5) business days.
If interested in pursuing fiscal sponsorship for your event, please email donate@glbthistory.org.

Guidelines
Cross-promoted or co-presented events must have a clear connection to LGBTQ history.
We cannot promote events scheduled at the same time as previously scheduled public programs or events. Click here for a schedule of upcoming programs.
We do not cross-promote fundraising or political advocacy events.
We request that the organization hosting the event prioritize future requests for event cross-promotion from the GLBT Historical Society.
The GLBT Historical Society does not provide funding for events and programs as part of cross-promotions. If your group is interested in partnering with the GLBT Historical Society on a longer-term project, please contact us at info@glbthistory.org.
